V&V advises companies of various sectors of the economy before various public entities, especially in infrastructure, natural resources and energy, telecommunications, transportation, among others.

Likewise, our team of lawyers is at the forefront in the comprehensive advice, project structuring and support in bidding processes of Public Private Partnerships (PPP). In representation of clients, the Firm performs the accompaniment in the selection process, asking questions and making comments to the specifications or terms of reference, participating in hearings and providing comments to the other participating bids.

Similarly V&V represents the interests of its clients in litigation and resolution of disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals.
