The firm advises foreign investors in their incursion and entrance to the Colombian market in different sectors of the national economy. V&V advises effectively and timely the investor on the applicable regulation and legal status of the industry in which it will exercise the transaction and operation, thus planning the vehicle and appropriate legal structure that allows efficiently to carry out the investment.
