The firm anticipates the due diligence required and has the representation of its clients in activities and negotiations aimed at the award of contracts of Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons (E&P) and Technical Assessment (TEA) with the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH) and state agencies related to the oil industry. Also, we provide advisory, consulting and representation services regarding the requirements of the ANH in the development and execution of contracts.
