Luis Francisco is a founding partner of the firm and director of the areas of Criminal, Disciplinary, Fiscal and Private Law. He has more than 40 years of important career, experience, and recognition in the public and private sectors, in which he has held positions of important national recognition and has been the protagonist of different specialized publications in legal and political issues.
Graduated in law school from the Universidad Externado de Colombia and a postgraduate in Criminal Law and Private Law. He has represented the interests of important national and foreign companies, as well as reputable individuals in complex Criminal, Disciplinary, Fiscal, Civil and Administrative Litigations.
He has served as Judge, Legal Advisor of the Secretary of Education of Boyacá, Senior Prosecutor, Manager of the Lottery and Charity of Boyacá, Congressman, General Director of the National Penitentiary and Prison Institute of Colombia (INPEC), Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Colombia to the government of Mexico on penitentiary and prison issues, Presidential Electoral Delegate, Secretary of the Treasury of Boyacá, International Observer of the International Bar Association (IBA), among others.
He has defended Criminal, Disciplinary, Fiscal and Administrative matters in some of the most renowned cases of corruption in the country and in the region, successfully representing recognized foreign companies and different individuals.
He practices as an advisor, consultant, and litigant in Criminal, Disciplinary, Fiscal, Private Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He is a member of the Criminal Chamber of the Courts of Bogotá D.C. and Tunja.
