Alvaro is a senior associate of the firm, he coordinates the area of Criminal Law in issues related with legal strategies where converge the different practices; likewise he is part of the litigation practice in criminal and administrative law. He has significant experience and a recognized professional career in advisory and consultancy matters to various clients in the real sector.

He is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad del Rosario, specialist in Criminal Law and Administrative Law at the same university.

He has been a lawyer in litigation matters in the Firm Elsa Norma Delgado Rueda & Abogados, Advisor in the area of criminal law of the Legal Clinic of the Universidad del Rosario, coordinator of the complaint department of the Presidential Programme for Modernization, Efficiency, Transparency and Corruption Combat of the Presidency of the Republic, recruitment consultant in royalties area for the National Planning Department (DNP); Coordinator and Legal Adviser for the recruitment area of National Planning Department (DNP) in the United Nations Programme for Development (UNDP) through the Administrative and Financial Coordination. He has also been assistant professor in the specialization of Criminal Law at the chair of Alternative Methods in termination of a Criminal Procedure at the University of Rosario.

He serves as director of the penalty area of the Legal Clinic of the Universidad del Rosario, where he is also a teacher in this area. He exercises practice as advisor, consultant and litigator in Criminal, Administrative and Corporate Law.
